Quote de jure

“In the absence of clearly-defined goals, we become strangely loyal to performing daily trivia until ultimately we become enslaved by it.”
— Robert Heinlein

BTW, yes I know the difference between “du jour” and “de jure”, it is is a pun on the latin “concerning law” and the similarly sounding french “of the day”.
